What a great crush! I've made gnocchi with this and it reminds me of my old fashioned potato masher that broke last year. I really like big holes, they're about the size of a perforated hotel pan. So if you want potato consistency, just puree a little longer. Just don't add any liquid until the desired consistency is reached, as overmixing with liquid usually results in sticky mashed potatoes.
