Pay attention to your measurements when ordering, don't worry if it is xxl or higher that you need verses the size pants you wear lol It is accurate according to your measurements and will allow you to go in tighter as needed. I also love how it makes me sit up and have better posture. I wear this all day and no rash or anything pinching or irritating me.The only down side is for anyone with a fupa don't expect it to go that low, you may have to pull up your fupa from the inside loloverall I love it and hope to keep going down in size as time goes on.
