I bought this camera together with a cloud box server. It works because it records the video and puts it on the server. after that it gets a bit fiddly. Trying to get any features of the software to work reliably is a dubious endeavor. Functions sometimes work and then stop. - A hard reset is required to change settings. - low probability of connecting to the server. It took me between 5 and 45 minutes to get it back online after a hard reboot. Snapshots or recordings with motion detection never worked for me. It starts recording and then doesn't stop. - Notifications do not work reliably. may work once or twice then it stops. It takes a long time to download or view recorded videos. crashes at least half the time. You must stop the download manually, otherwise the file size will increase to several gigabytes. As far as I can tell there is no support. emailed multiple times with no response. You can save $100 on this setup, but if you want something reliable, there are better options.
