I bought this exclusively for Star Wars: Squads in PS4VR and I am very happy with this controller. I disconnected the stick and throttle and used some 2x4s and tape, probably temporarily so I could get started. Every button and movement can be customized/displayed to your liking. I also bought Thrustmaster pedals. I have mapped the pedals to roll the ship instead of using a stick. The buttons are in convenient places, and the controllers themselves are very comfortable. My only complaint is that when the controller is detached, the cable is 24 inches long, which just isn't enough. 6 more and it will work, I have to step over it to sit down which of course is annoying. If I'm picky it would be nice to be able to add some gas resistance, which you can do with a stick, it would only improve the experience. Overall, this is a great controller and makes for a very immersive experience. . The barrel that rolls around the Star Destroyer while chasing the X-wing fighter is worth every dollar! Update: I bought some ethernet cables, cut them up, used some wire connectors and was able to extend the two foot cable so I can sit comfortably. It was scary. I used two ethernet cables per controller cable (16 total) to make sure the wires fit tightly into the connectors. I used coban to roll everything back up when I'm done. In any case, the controller still works great and I also strongly recommend using Thrustmaster pedals.
