Sorry I cannot review this product at this time as the Homend Ham Press did not have an instruction manual or recipe that I could use to prepare meat delicacies. I have been really looking forward to using this ham maker and would appreciate if someone could send me both instructions and recipes. As an aside, the ham press looks and should work well and was actually delivered quickly. Thanks in advance for fixing this issue. John C
