Lack of customer care and respect for the product sold
I added some photos and rated b4, when I searched it wasn't there. I will keep writing the review because people need to know that this company just repackages the returns they made without checking their quality. I found out about this too late and couldn't get mine back as I was out of town for the show and when I got back I found that the two backdrops had some staples on all 4 corners. Also, none of them would be left unfolded for me to put the item down and take a picture. Waste of my money and my time.
