5 of these phones were purchased from a phone company as part of a small office system of 20 phones (all Panasonic). Being Panasonic and digital I just assumed it would be easy to use and efficient. I was very disappointed. I have to press a few keys to send a phone message, then I have to press another key to actually make the transfer, and then I have to wait for another message telling me what number to press to get the delete message my phone. If I forget to delete a message I was listening to before hanging up, I can't go back to my messages without getting another message (several times I've messaged myself to go back and delete the old message) . I still need to be able to transfer a live call without losing the caller. Pretty much every automated function requires listening to multiple instructions to press a button to do something that hasn't been required on any other system I've used (including systems with hundreds of phones), and the buttons you need to press vary for each function. . Deleting a message isn't always a third keystroke, so you have to listen. I wouldn't buy this again.
