The lid is too difficult to open.
The lid is difficult to open. How heavy? Much harder than the lids of most comparable commercial products. I expected better. You have to press hard to open it. Not the soft, comfortable, and secure opening I wanted. No commercial product will be sold more than once when packaged in such a container. The simple phrase "you get what you pay for" isn't always accurate.
- Please note: PET bottles are NOT dishwasher safe. Please hand wash to maintain bottle shape and integrity.
