This item was packed very well. Even if your courier decides to drag Ace Ventura on you, I can assure you that your product will survive abuse. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I would suggest "Only use pipe tape in case of a post-installation leak" AFTER the part where you say "DO NOT apply pipe tape". I followed your instructions and as usual after installation it started leaking. It wasn't until the very bottom of the page that I saw the part where you suggested using pipe tape if there was a leak. It would save me trouble. Other than that, this shower head is awesome! I have owned SEVERAL hand held showers in my life and have never had one this powerful. This little one will clean you in minutes and rinse off the shampoo in seconds. I'm not sure if anyone will care, but it's such a strange experience that I have to share it. Like I said, I've had several portable heads and this is the first where it literally slides in and out of the support post. It's kind of nice because it doesn't feel like it's going to stick and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall out anytime soon. The product is well built, it doesn't feel flimsy and the many features are great. I can see this shower head will last and that comes from someone who picked it out of 3 or 4 others who had a 4 star rating out of 3000+ reviews. Try this one, you won't be disappointed!
