Protected edge of cheap veneer table
Why did the carpenter talk me into buying fake veneer for my custom sliding computer table? Of course, two years later, the plywood began to peel off at the frequently used edge, and no glue in the world could hold it. After a long search I decided on this product. I wish it was shinier, clearer and not as thick for my purposes, but other products designed to protect car doors didn't look like they would fit on the edge of a table. So that's the answer and it works fine. Not too pretty, but it sits very well on the edge of the table and serves well on a day-to-day basis.
