Nice set of 3 flavors to pull Ul! If you've always wanted to try oil pulling, this is a good set to start with. It is claimed that even 30 seconds helps maintain oral health. I usually make butter in 15+ minutes, but with this set I don't feel guilty if I can't make it in that time. I was a little disappointed with how bland the flavors are. I was really looking forward to it when the cinnamon and ginger would have a nice pop. The taste is smooth, barely perceptible, to be honest. Luckily, I've found that the flavor of ginger lingers for some time after use. I have noticed that after the successful oil removal, my teeth are cleaner and the plaque on my teeth has decreased.
