It has helped us streamline our processes with ease of use for both internal users as well external partners who access these platforms regularly! The customer service team have been great at responding quickly when we've had questions or issues - which isn't always easy given how busy this product can be during peak times but I'm happy knowing there's someone out here ready willing & able should any problems arise :) We're using kurtosiS Digital Experience Manager software across multiple sites so its really important that everything works seamlessly together without too much hassle from user perspective either internally within site admin areas OR externally via API integrations etc..
