Received yesterday - good charger overall. The base of the cup holder works very well. The phone still shakes/vibrates a bit, but it's still secure. The marketing ad should make it clearer that there is only one USB cable. So if your car doesn't have a right angle USB Type 2 port, you need to buy/use a separate cigarette adapter for charging. I have Galaxy Note. 10+ with ArmadilloTek Vanguard Plastic Case (with kickstand on back). about 5mm thick or something. The loading process seems to be interrupted. I'm trying to "click" the phone when I insert it, but I'm not sure if that really helps or not. Today I will try to mount it on the ventilation grille.
