Style Black 3 is very good. Looks like the intended belt buckle. It's great that you can pick the size you want and there are cut outs for size 36-44 but you can definitely cut it shorter if needed. The belt requires a decent set of scissors to cut it to the desired size, and it takes a fair amount of force to insert the buckle's sharp teeth into the cut end of the belt. There weren't any instructions, but I think it's pretty easy. The best feature is that the strap is adjustable up to a quarter of an inch, if not less, and easy to unbuckle. This works for a dress or casual wear. This makes a great gift and you don't even have to ask the person's waist size if you can assume they're under 44 inches.
