I like that it has many integrations with other software systems.

It's easy for me to use because of its simple UI design. The support team can be slow at responding sometimes but they are always very quick when you need them! There isn't anything specific about this tool as far as functionality goes; however, if there were any problems or issues while using this product then we would have noticed by now since we've been working in IT services for over 20 years. We're solving business challenges such as improving our customer service experience through modern technology solutions.
