It is very easy for candidates who are looking out jobs in India as they can easily filter their results according to location or category that matches them well. The interface looks simple but it has lot many features which makes users feel comfortable using this platform without any difficulty at all. I like its simplicity because there isn't much clutter around so one doesn’t get confused while working here. Nothing specific about recruitment tool itself though i would say if someone from marketing side wants more customization feature then he should try other platforms available online rather than giving preference over this particular software considering competition nowadays. Yes! Its best place where people searching job vacancies find suitable ones matching profile wise along with salary range etc., This helps me reduce time required by visiting different websites so now my work gets done quickly even after having multiple projects under hand simultaneously.
