The best thing about this product for my business was that it helped me manage our database much more efficiently than I've been doing with Excel in MS access or other programs like Quickbooks, Outshine etc.. It also allows you track payroll better as well because there are several tabs within each subcategory of employees/employers which gives us options when we need too! There's nothing really bad but sometimes some features do get old after awhile so they can be updated if needed at times (which could add up over time). This helps keep everything organized by employee type/level /name & title along w salary ranges per position - not just basic information such as hire date/paydate/department etcetera.. The overall interface of this program was very easy for me as I am new in using it, but also had some difficulty with making changes when needed or understanding how certain things worked (like adding an employee). This has been great so far though! It's made my job easier by allowing us access from anywhere at anytime which helps greatly during our busy season where we are constantly working outside office hours/locations etc..
