I have a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with leather bucket seats in Texas weather. I have an hour drive one way. Texas summers are terribly hot, and in traffic I can feel the heat and sweat building up on my back, making me irritable. They work to a degree, but after 30-45 minutes they can still get very hot and uncomfortable. Sweating less is a plus. does not completely eliminate the problem but reduces it. I think something is better than nothing. I don't like that sometimes the edge of the seat gets caught in my pants when I get in the car. Then, when I start moving, I feel a folded piece of fabric underneath me and I have to adjust it. It's annoying. He needs an elastic lip that will prevent this problem. Then I would consider four stars. I would also give the item 4 stars if the price was lower. For forty-five dollars, I expected to get rid of the hot back problem.
