Fixed - These cartridges print well but they hit or miss. Open some and they mostly look new. Others you open and they are dirty but for the price order them anyway. I opened the last one, not suspecting that at some point a fairly important plastic element broke off and I had to disassemble the printer to free the cartridge. I really thought the printer was broken but it seems to be working fine. I will not order these cartridges again. And if you use them, check them carefully and open each package when you receive it. If you wait to open them when you need them, chances are you'll miss the return window. The support team contacted me, replaced the product and repaired it. I will for sure buy these again
