They weren't wide. At first I thought that maybe it's just hard to say that these are children's shoes. But actually we found exactly the same brand. They had "M" for medium and "W" for width for different shoes. We bought the widths from Target and compared them to the widths on ebay and the ones on ebay are much narrower. They look like regular shoes. While I'm not particularly good at conspiracies, if I had to guess, they're mediums crammed into a big box. It's so different. If you need wide shoes for your child, try to find wide shoes at your local store if possible. I would not buy here again.
