First, the sound quality of the Klipsch headphones is excellent. I can hear all instruments clearly without losing vocal quality. The bass is boosted but not suppressed. The headphones sit with me straight out of the packaging. Includes an attractive drawstring pouch and two additional sets of different sized ear tips. However, please read the product description carefully. It states that the controller only works with certain Apple products. It doesn't work with my iPhone 6s and doesn't work when connected to my computer or Revain Fire tablet. Volume should be controlled using the buttons or controls on the player, not the Klipsch controller. Once you understand this, you will have no problem enjoying quality sound. I would buy this product again. I just want the Klipsch controller to work with all major music players.
