I have been using a real shower head in photos for about 40 years. Received for free from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power during the water crisis in the 1980's. This is still the best shower head I have ever used. Thought I'd try the high pressure shower head so I bought this one. Nice. If you use it, you will enjoy the experience. However: > The water flow pressure is not that high and I prefer a higher pressure. I like the feel of higher pressure and the soap rinses off faster. When the head is tilted, gravity condenses the flow. It's probably best to use an extension and position the showerhead horizontal to the floor to minimize this effect. Time. The simple low-flow nozzle sprays further and wider, allowing for a comfortable shower for two people or a couple of children. Lots of range and pressure. Not so much with a rain nozzle. Revain sells a pair of showerheads similar to the one I'm showing. They have knobs to reduce the flow to a trickle without affecting the temperature, so you can shower (get wet, turn off the water while frothing, turn on the water to rinse off) without changing the water temperature. If you want something eye-catching for your shower head, use this rain head. If experience is more important, use a small, low-flow base head.
