This was a little confusing to use initially. The initial interface is very cluttered and not user friendly. It took a few hours before I figured out how to get anything done. The first month was spent tweaking the dashboard so that I could actually see the data that I was trying to analyze. I finally found my way around the system and I am now ready to start doing real analysis on my data. If you don't figure it out within the first couple of days, don't worry, I would suggest getting help. The software has great reporting capabilities and it's extremely simple to make any kind of graph you want. My favorite feature is the ability to email yourself a report. I will send myself daily summaries that tell me exactly how my business is performing. In addition, if you send a report to another person (say a vendor) you can easily change the format of the report to fit their needs. I've used it to show the growth of my clients' businesses over time, and also to show them where they're at in comparison to others. The reports come out automatically every week.
