This is basically a set and you need to assemble the box and the cones. The kit includes illustrated instructions, each piece of cardboard you will need to make the box, a stack of 8" x 6" paper, and masking tape. The instructions lack wording and the pictures are too dark to see properly, but I had no problem assembling the box. Once assembled, the box turned out to be very cute and durable. I found the box needed no glue and was inherently solid. The instructions didn't come with instructions on how to connect the cones, so you'll have to find that out. The skittle paper is very thin. I've found that my printer paper is thicker than cone paper. There is a ribbon included in this kit, but it looks like a fabric ribbon and is less than half an inch wide and I have no idea where it goes. I'm assuming the tape is for skittles but I'm not exactly sure how to place it or is it double sided which would make things easier. I repeat: the box is excellent, but there are not enough cones. I could just save myself the trouble and buy ready-made confetti bags. I will not spend extra money. UPDATE: I tried assembling the cones myself and they turned out great! I counted 32 sheets of paper so there is room for error. The tape is double sided so I cut about an inch long, placed the tape in the bottom right corner of the cone paper, peeled off the white plastic to reveal the adhesive and folded the paper cone left to right, then glued it . right corner to the cone. The instructions will be clearer if you youtube some instructions. I'm not sure how long it took me to put everything together, but I figured more or less 30 minutes. I am changing it from 3 to 4 stars. If the kit had cone making instructions and clearer instructions I would give this one 5 stars.
