Great vendor providing excellent customer service

I like that they are very flexible when it comes time for an implementation or maintenance contract renewal period.
It's also nice how much communication there was before my purchase from them during all phases of contracting process! There were some minor issues we had working out at first but quickly resolved by both parties.

They've been able to come back multiple times over the years for enhancements as needed so its definitely something worth looking into if you're thinking about switching providers. We use OCG (Ocean) software across many departments including Finance & Operations, HRIS/Payroll and Business Intelligence reporting.

Openness between internal groups with various needs e commerce vendors have no problem speaking directly through our IT department in order get things done quicker than usual.
Very responsive vendor staff is always available whenever called upon via phone call / email
