good shape Terrible phone mount and faulty mount.

Phone holder only fits thin cases. Mine doesn't fit and falls off at the slightest touch. To make matters worse, the fastener that connects molding --&gt; ball joint is very loose. The whole assembly comes loose when I try to disconnect the phone. Tried to contact the company but was completely ignored. Would give 0 stars but this is currently the only low profile car mount for the 10th gen Civic so giving it 2 stars.
