Great chair overall. Very solid feel and clean modern look. A couple of points: - The seat cushion is quite hard. I like it, but some people might not like it; - the backrest tilt function is also pretty solid/rigid; - The iron ore seat color is much, much lighter than the picture. It's actually a very light gray and I wouldn't choose it if I saw it in person; - Even if you don't order the backrest adjuster, you can still adjust the height of the backrest by simply sliding the backrest up on the metal. support, and it locks into place when you walk. I'm not sure how to lower it back down if I ever need to, but most people will have to raise it because it's in the lowest position; Mine arrived on time, intact, no scuffs or problems at all. I simply lowered the chair into the base, raised the backrest a bit, and got back to work. I only wish I had ordered black instead of iron ore - the tiniest coffee stain would look awful.
