I am disappointed in this product. Some design flaws are listed below: - Unnecessary non-slip surface under the knee pad. The position of the knee pad is fixed by your knees. The base pillow should have an anti-slip coating on the underside to prevent it from slipping off you when you lean back. You must attach the main pillow to the headboard or other solid vertical surface. There has to be a way to lock the main and rear airbags together once the optimal position is found. This will avoid slipping and sliding relative to each other - maybe an anti-slip surface or Velcro will work here. I can't imagine the product being useful after surgery when mobility is limited and constant adjustment is required.
