I found this set useless. The foot wedge was very strong and damaged my legs. The rear wedge has moved too much at the base of the cradle. I started sleeping with the spinal wedge in a lower position and woke up with it half off the base and almost fully upright. It caused me more pain than I already feel. Very overpriced. I'll be back.
