My mother needed back support in bed after back surgery and after purchasing what is called the medically approved wedge pillow which had to be made of foam just a little softer than volcanic rock I found this wedge pillow system by lunix. It may be expensive but it was worth it made my mother feel very comfortable after the surgery. It's warm, soft enough but still very supportive, reclined at the right angle for sitting as well as gently reclined for sleeping. This is a great position for neutral sleep if you've just had surgery that causes pain when lying on a regular bed. The product came very compressed as I thought it would never recover but it did! Following the instructions in the manual, I opened the box, took off the plastic bag and just put the cushions on our sofa. It took less than 1 hour for the pillows to be ready to use. The 4 pillows are very well thought out as she can arrange the pillows in the most different configurations depending on what she wants to do (relax, read, watch TV, eat). I can say the size is quite big but it comes with 2 vacuum bags so she can easily store 4 pillows when she is cleaning the house that guests are visiting. The company looks professional, they contacted us to check everything is ok. with purchase. Will definitely buy again!
