Would give zero if I could! As a long time customer of Norelco One Blades I wanted to try this product as I was tired of paying high prices for Norelco blades. This product looks great both in and out of the box. It charges quickly, but that's where the positives end. When I tried to shave my throat, neck and face the blade turned out to be defective and cut me badly causing me to bleed for a few minutes and I must add I was very careful with it bypassed. In addition, the blade guard seems to be very poorly fitted and everything is very cheaply made. All in all, after a painful cut from this device, I am very unimpressed by the build quality and advise against buying it.
