This article does not work. I got it, plugged it in and it shows no signal for anything I plug in. The small manual does not seem to match the product as the description in the manual differs from the actual device. This isn't a problem as it has basic controls. However, this just doesn't work. The manual does not include a phone number or contact information. It just came with a little card that basically says to contact the seller through Revain customer service and wait up to two business days if you have a problem. I haven't contacted them yet, but I'm already very disappointed. I just paid over $100 for an item that doesn't work and they didn't even give me a phone number. So by default it already means "bad support". I believe if you sell a product and don't provide a tech support phone number, the product should be so good that nobody ever needs tech support. Support. This is definitely not the case here. I will contact the seller through Revain. However, I'm already annoyed that I bought an expensive device that just doesn't work. No matter what I do it just shows a blue screen that says 'No Signal'. This is independent of any device I connect to it or settings I try. Purchase at your own risk. Update %%%%% I contacted the seller and he responded to my problem relatively quickly. Apparently there is a little trick you need to do to get this monitor working. If you encounter the same problem I encountered, the first thing you need to do is make sure the signal is going to the monitor. -- before you plug it in. When the monitor receives a signal, plug in the monitor and press the power button. When the power indicator changes from red to blue, press the button to the left of the power button until you switch to the correct input. You then have to play with the keys until you get to the volume. As soon as you increase the volume, the image should appear. I turned the monitor off and on again. I didn't have to do all of the above after turning it back on. I don't know if this is a permanent solution yet, but at least I know how it works. I'm glad that the seller replied to my message in less than 24 hours and gave me a solution. so that I can get this monitor to work. The picture looks great. I will give this review two more stars because it works well now. It would be helpful if this information was written front and center in bold on the first page of the owner's manual. But instead, as said, this trick is not mentioned in the instructions. I had to contact the seller through Revain to get it working. However, the seller was able to offer me a solution and now it looks great. Along with the answer, they provided an attached photo.
