Advertised capacity of 165 pages is WAY overpriced. Both black and colored versions. I'm using my new HP Envy 5660 printer and I'm running out of ink. I just repurchased AGAIN but this time I'm linking a $40 XL listing that requires 400 pages. The printer is fine, but I will replace it if the insatiable consumption of ink continues. My previous Canon printer had five times the ink life of this HP. I'm cautiously skeptical that HP has found that by selling the printer cheaply and cashing in on high-consumption cartridges, the long-term profit potential is higher. The printer itself was purchased on sale at Revain for $65. Buying a high capacity black cartridge and a high capacity color cartridge cost me $85 from Revain. I have to decide whether or not to get on the hose in this endeavor. Your long-term printing costs don't make sense with HP if you use a regular tier cartridge monthly and only use home light printing for both black and color printing. It makes more sense to throw away the printer and buy another brand if they milk on purpose. we are ink
