Review on 📘 Enhanced Compression Handbook for Injuries and Arthritis by James Townsend

I have chronic pain in both wrists, but especially my left one. I expected more from this bracelet but unfortunately it didn't help me much. The design is elegant which was nice and it was very easy to put on. The thumb wrap was painful when I tried to wear it for long periods of time as there is no additional protection or padding and the wipe caused abrasions between the thumb and forefinger. Overall it looked good, felt good on the wrist for the most part, but didn't really offer the compression or support I was hoping for. I have no intention of buying it again and I probably wouldn't recommend this product to anyone I know.
