I had the pleasure of working with Cogenics across several projects and engagements.The team is very experienced and knowledgeable in the space. Cogenics always delivers a high standard of work and always delivers on time.I have not experienced any issues with Cogenics in my time working with them. A project to rebrand a large retail organisation.2. A project to build and deliver a bespoke solution to a large retail organisation to help with their performance management process.3. An implementation of a bespoke solution to a large retail organisation. The team at cogens has been great throughout this process from start-up through implementation/maintenance phases! They really care about you as an individual & are willing go above + beyond for any requests or concerns that come up along way!! I can't say enough good things - they've always gone out there wrenches when needed (and it was often) but were never pushy with anything either. Highly recommend them if looking into HRMS integration services / implementations. !
