(After trying this I had a moment of inspiration and replaced it with a wide elastic band (50 cents for a pack of 100) and it works exactly the same and I don't have to worry about the buckle behind my phone when I put it down.) However, overall it works as advertised: - The rubber is thinner than it looks in the picture and cheaper. it doesn't even advertise any branding because it's so thin. It seems that the picture shows that the connector is metal, but it is plastic. It doesn't seem to be tenable. Before purchasing I was under the impression that it was easy to slip my fingers under, but it is so tight that I have to use both hands to wrap my fingers around it. I've found I've never used it because it's too much trouble. Because of these things, I don't feel like I can remove it and put it back on my phone that many times before the clip breaks. Also, a thicker rubber like the one in the picture would be better than this one for ergonomics and durability reasons.
