This thing took hours to install including a trip to home depot to try and buy another T-valve. The one that came with it appeared to be cross-threaded and I couldn't fix the leaks. I thought maybe it's incompatible. The Home Depot staff tell me that not only do they not have the T-valve I need, but now that the fill valve is twisted I need to replace the whole thing (luckily cheap, but that costs another 30-45 minutes of my time). ). ). The instructions are minimal and it makes no sense on this Amazon site to have more detailed instructions than the package. The instructions didn't tell me to turn off the cold water faucet, which made for a bit of a mess. It didn't explain how to use teflon tape, which I later found out was crucial to prevent leaks. I had to go back and read reviews and watch various YouTube videos to get this set right and it just doesn't make sense. If only they had given slightly more detailed instructions it might have taken 10 minutes. I'm very angry about this but the bidet itself seems good.
