I bought this as I needed a little more space as I work from home and occasionally work on my laptop and desktop. I needed an L-shaped table to be able to work smoothly on both at the same time. It did the trick pretty well. Not only can I turn to another computer to check other things, I can hit the memory button to raise the desk to my saved "standing height” to stretch out during long phone calls. The motors feel sturdy and it comes with some zip ties to tuck under the table. Could use a few more if you're more cable savvy like me. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because the top is actually made up of several pieces (picture shows 1 piece) and it's made out of chipboard. I had a few spots that were messed up and I can see they were just painted over with black marker. After using it for a while, I wish the right side of the L was at least 6-8 inches longer since my hand touches the desktop keyboard a bit. Also, I'm happy with the purchase. Also, keep in mind that you may need longer cables to support up/down movement of peripherals.
