I bought this bracket to mount 2 Dell U2717D (27") monitors top to bottom. Top-bottom is a must in my desk configuration. The biggest limitation for my use case is how high the top monitor can be mounted. At the highest possible height with this mount, my top monitor is at the lowest level I would be comfortable with, but it's still not perfect so I had to add some MDF at the top of my desk to increase the height, where i am prefer it. Adding an extra 2 inches to the tubular portion of the mount would make it perfect for me. Other than that, the mount is solid and supports the weight of my two monitors very well. It would be perfect for a side-by-side configuration and I would not hesitate to buy this mount again even if I had to make a small modification. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
