Bought for my 10 year old player. He says they are great except for the lighting cord and the audio is set too short and unwieldy. It needs to be connected to the console and the bottom of the controller to provide sound and light to the headphones, which finds it really cool. So he uses a USB extension cable to connect to the PlayStation and be able to sit further away. Luckily for him we had several pieces of different lengths in the house.
