Review on Gootium by Kevin Cheek

My interactions with Gootium Company were fraught with frustration at every turn. The items I ordered turned out to be of low quality and did not match the website's description in any way. When I tried to bring my problems to the attention of the customer service personnel, they did not respond and were not helpful. In addition, there was a holdup in the shipping, thus the delivery of my item was somewhat later than anticipated. As a customer from another country, I went to Gootium anticipating better service and higher quality, but instead I was left feeling severely let down. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality goods.
