This was the first item of this type I've ever bought so I didn't realize the description doesn't refer to the size of the wrist strap for. My bicep circumference (relaxed) is 17 inches, so it's not exactly huge. This bandage did not fit snugly on my arm. When I looked at similar products from other companies, I found that many of them state the size of the person they were made for. J&D needs to step up their game. Do not buy this if your arm is at least 14 inches in circumference (flexed).
