Review on Cleret Shower Squeegee Wiping Cleaning by Krystal Rice

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great scraper but badly in need of some design tweaks.

Update 4/27/21: After modifying the first one I used and after years of use, it did a great job. I recently bought another one, and almost immediately it went the same way as the first: the end caps fell off, causing the blade to fall off and moisture to collect inside the handle. The manufacturer is so close to the perfect product. So close. First review: Works well with no metal parts. Don't worry about scratches on the surface where the mop is applied. A few notes: the side covers detach and fold back causing the mop to fall. Replacing the end caps is cumbersome as the slots must be widened to reattach the end caps. This can be remedied by sealing the caps with epoxy, which I haven't done yet. I drilled a hole in the handle and hung it on the suction cup hook I already had on hand. I didn't put a cap on the end of the handle to allow for any water that got in to drain and aerate thoroughly. The space between the two blades does not completely merge. After use, it is better to run your finger between the blades. This will minimize moisture build-up and possible mold growth. I accidentally noticed some mold between the blades after about 8 months. It is best to clean the space between the blades with bleach once a month. After about 7 months of use, one of the blades has a small crack that will get bigger over time. Despite some minor flaws, this is the best scraper I've ever had. c for delicate surfaces - tiles, glass, etc. Wide and double blades allow you to quickly work on large areas. The blades are soft enough to thoroughly mop the plastic floor in a nubbed shower. When I finally have to replace it it will be another one of these.
