I like that you can have it customized so if something is not working, or there are any issues with your device we will fix them for free! Also when my phone got wet (rain) all of its data went away but luckily i still had access to everything else including whatsapp messages which helped me get back into work quickly without having to buy new phones etc.. Nothing really bad about this service at least from what ive experienced thus far. If anyone reading this needs repairs just let us know because they do amazing things!! They also offer discounts depending on how many devices you need repaired/repaired within a time frame of x amount of days which makes sense considering their business model. I like that they are able of solving my problems with ease, if not at all! They have been very helpful recently when it comes to any computer issues we've had. Their customer service is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable staff who answer your questions quickly and effectively. Nothing so far really except for their great prices (which you can't beat!).
