KNOW WHAT YOU GET BEFORE YOU BUY - Be prepared for some maintenance!

I give this product three stars for the following reasons. + It is beautiful to look at and impeccably detailed. + Has a large range of motion. - It is very fragile and requires some maintenance and the attached price makes this questionable. - It can perform a large number of poses, but its design makes many of them cumbersome and tedious to perform. + I like it. The first thing you will notice out of the box is that the wings are heavy and one or both joints may not hold the wings well. This can be solved with tape wrapped around the joints in a single layer to tighten the fit. Quick and easy, no need to worry. What worries me the most are the tails. The tails, like the three heads, are made up of several segments, each mounted on a ball joint, giving them a good amount of flexibility (though less than you might imagine). However, due to deformation and manufacturing defects, not all ball joints will fit snugly in their respective seats. This means the tails will simply fall apart without warning, often with minimal movement. It was difficult for me to even attach the tails because any pressure could cause them to fall apart. To do this, you need to identify loose joints (the ones that fall apart most often), apply a coat of clear nail polish, and let it dry overnight. This thickens the joint. On mine I found that even one coat was too much and I had to press the ball joint hard into its seat, probably removing half of the polish. But once I put it on, the fit is much more secure, although still not perfect. The tails still don't take much movement which means I usually have to deal with putting the tail back together every time I want to change poses, but at least it doesn't fall apart again at the slightest touch or movement. Finally. The Ghidorah comes with three stands, one for the body and one for each of the wings. The stands are adjustable and can be made tall or short depending on what you're trying to do, but I had a hard time finding ways to make interesting things with wings that would support the feet. If you move the wings too far forward, Ghidorah will appear to fall over even with the pedestals, as the main stand doesn't do much to stabilize his body. . You almost need a third hand to work with Ghidorah (and I needed my wife's help just to assemble it) as it can be heavy and delicate right out of the box (this will be mitigated if you follow the recommended steps) . technical service). The tails are of course limited in how strong they can go without falling apart, the wings are limited in how strong they can take the coasters, but the heads seem to work really well and have a great range of motion (love it when two of the heads yell 'Kevin' , because I find it funny.) GENERAL: With proper care, this is a decent figure, but THIS IS NOT A TOY! Even after the repair I did, it can't keep the game stable. It should be set up and left alone. This is not for children. It's so big that any attempt to give the sculpture more posability than average will naturally lead to stability issues. It's also a big investment given its limitations, so you can weigh how much it serves your purposes given the price and whether something else might be a better fit. I'm a lifelong fan of Godzilla and I really like the characters and even I found them prohibitively expensive. However, its size and sculpture are intimidating and it is undeniably beautiful. If you can handle the price and don't mind the flaws, go for it.
