What happened to that pillow?
I would like an explanation from SERTA: WHY DID YOU CHANGE THIS PILLOW? I bought two last spring, two last week. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CUSHIONS. I have checked the legal labels on all of them, the shipping date for the ones I already have is March 2021; the delivery date for them is September 2021 (believed to be the date of delivery from the manufacturer to the distribution center. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FEELINGS FOR THIS PILLOW, I HATE THEM. If I were to skip a dime I wouldn't use the pillow I'm trying to sleep on !WHY DO MANUFACTURERS DO THIS?Can someone explain this to me?
