Nothing like the picture. Terrible

I bought this wig for my mother and was ashamed to give it to her. It looked like someone had worn it for a long time and then just put it back in their pocket. It was terrible. My mother still kept it and said she would wash it before wearing. Don't think I will buy any other wigs from Revain you just don't know what you are buying and they don't look like the picture at all.
