Review on 💡 Find the Perfect OttLite PL13 Replacement Electronic Ballast by Devin Jirsa

I ordered one of these after the old bulb started flickering and the filament was damaged when it arrived. I tried it, it didn't work. Sent it back for replacement and the replacement bulb that was sent didn't work either. I know it's not my lamp because the old original lamp is still flickering when I check it. I could hear the filament ringing in both bulbs which were sent to me as soon as I took them out of the box. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if the bulbs are literally too fragile to ship, but I'm stuck without a table lamp anyway :(
