I like that it's easy to set up, configure & use for my organization (about 20 users). It also has some nice features such as webmail integration with outlook etc., which makes life easier when you are away from your desktop computer or laptop. The UI could be improved in terms of design/looks but other than this its ok! Easy deployment across multiple sites without having any issues regarding configuration management - just drop-in files into each site folder where required. We've been using zarafas email solution since 2011 at our organisation. This was initially used by 10 people who were working remotely so we didn't have access problems while they worked outside office hours. As time passed more employees started joining us online via VPN connections making things difficult due to lack of bandwidth / speed limitations within these networks. With ZA.
