The email integration with other mail clients has been great so far, though I've not used it much since switching to zarafas own webmail client (rather than using something like RoundCube). It's pretty easy for new users as you can log in via your browser instead of needing any special apps installed. And it's very flexible which makes creating custom functions/tools easier if you need them or want to try out different ones. Haven't found anything that really annoys me yet either, but then…

Pros
  • The email integration with other mail clients such as Thunderbird and Outlook
Cons
  • I'm still not completely sure if the webmail client works as well as the native desktop client, so if I ever have to use the webmail client it might be a bit frustrating

Zarafa WebMail software is very efficient and user friendly

I like that it's easy to set up, configure & use for my organization (about 20 users). It also has some nice features such as webmail integration with outlook etc., which makes life easier when you are away from your desktop computer or laptop. The UI could be improved in terms of design/looks but other than this its ok! Easy deployment across multiple sites without having any issues regarding configuration management - just drop-in files into each site folder where required. We've been using…

Pros
  • A very good alternative to MS Outlook
Cons
  • I wish the interface was better and more attractive, even though it's not really necessary to look good but would be nice to have a bit of a facelift
